Thank you for choosing SunStream. We hereby certify that the product you purchased is under our manufacturer’s warranty. All lighting fixtures and ballasts products should receive a period of 36 months warranty. The bulb products would receive a period of 12 months warranty. The LED Grow Light should receive a period of 24 months warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. All products have to be operated under a reasonable and normal environment. Warranty will be void if products were tempered.

Shipping for defect replacement is free for the first six months of warranty. Proper proves are required before the replacement are arranged.

In order to accelerate the replacement process, we kindly suggest you to provide us following information:

  1. Pictures of the defective product with its series number if possible.
  2. Video clips that could prove the product is not functioning properly.
  3. The purchase order number or invoice number of the defective product, and the source of your purchase.
  4. Your full contact information: name, mailing address, email, and phone number.
